The delightful man I referred to as Dee Blank in my post of May 21^st has been identified.  He turned himself in without incident.  His name is Barry Frank (BroadwayLtdFan on Trainorders), and he lives in Huntingdon Valley, PA.  He and his wife, Mary, were aboard the Pennsylvanian on May 19^th with me as we chugged toward Philadelphia.  They had been to Harrisburg on that beautiful morning to visit the Harris Tower and the car GG1 exhibit at the Harrisburg station.  My consolation, if there is any, is that Blank rhymes with Frank.
